At least I do :) I use Wrike http://www.wrike.com/ for it. The idea is simple you don't have time to log on - you can create an email with the task title and it will becoma you next task. I'm using the free version now, but I'm thinking of a soon upgrade. It's just $5 but the tool brings you much more: organization, planning and collaboration. You need a project management tool.
