Hey guys, great podcast!
I’ve had a client for 10 years, and I have to agree with all of you guys. You don’t have to explain everything to the old client like you do to the new ones, they know and trust that you’ll do the job the way they want you to do it. I have the same experience with my old client, they just call me up, ask me if I have some time, and send me an email with all the information, and they trust that they’ll get a good service, and they have.
Like Kristen, I have kept them on the top of my list during Christmas and other occasions. A Thank You card here or a Calendar or anything to let them know that I cherish and value their business.
Some clients however, as you mentioned toward the end of the podcast, think they know everything there is to know about creativity. Sure you can teach them how to use the tools, but creativity is something you have in you and you develop over years of experience.
But again, seeing all the bad websites out there, will definitely make a graphic designer stand out. As I mentioned to a client, sure you can save a Word document to HTML, but we are not living in 1990′s anymore!
Reza , I am agree with you for all 100%
Hey Guys,
Did you all come up with a regular schedule for posting your episodes? That Way I can just mark my calender rather than constantly disappointing myself by going to this page.
Thanks ahead of time for your help/advice
And as always, Dickie= supercalfrajalisticbeerflavorednipples.

Hey Von,
The vibrating in your pocket is actually a new phenomenon since cell phones have existed. Check out this article!
