Thank you for introducing me to the term cornetto. My fears of not being able to get a drumstick while abroad are subsided. LOL

Your segment on discounts was particularly useful.

I have a question, if you try to develop a personal relationship with cliients, doesnt that affect in future projects? What if they want to lower prices based on the 'good relation' and start sayin "hey can you give me a better price? we are friends aint we?

That has given me trouble before.

OK. I'm late since I'm on session 2 and you guys are off and running.

A comment on why not to say "your web site sucks."

I absolutely love the idea of giving them a tease of your work to open them up to greater possibilities. That you invest your effort without immediate expectation of compensation is a powerful opening to a relationship.

For this idea you get one free cappuccino at my cafe, Conscious Cup Coffee whenever you visit Crystal Lake, IL!
