As a copywriter and marketing consultant I use email marketing to build and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients. It&#039;s helped me secure several freelance writing assignments. 

• Here are 2 additional email marketing tips: 

1) Pay attention to email frequency. Setting standards regarding how often you send out emails can make the difference between generating quality leads and closing sales to getting your email deleted or having your e-subscribers opt out permanently. 

2) Prioritize email marketing communications according to what’s most important to your subscriber. For example, a customer service oriented email is likely more crucial than a new product announcement.
