    Worth 10 minutes. I think the main problem is reminding yourself to be balanced, especially if the reward to do so is not immediately apparent.

    Thanks for sharing this awesome video… and I’ve shared it on my Facebook Page. I think that it’s really difficult to achieve a work-life balance when you’re freelancing, as the usual geographic boundary between work and play isn’t there anymore and the distractions are sitting just across the room. I guess, we’re all adapting..
