I’ve never done what he said, but I’ve had a mentor to go through this; and from my perspective, she complained a LOT because one meeting after another was usually a pointless get-together. I’ll definitely implement this tip and use e-mail to keep my employees aware some day (when I own my business).
A read a book he co-wrote called ReWork. It’s pretty amazing and I recommend. Pretty much goes into this topic in a lot more detail and a whole lot more. I think it cost like 10 bucks too.
No video for iPad users. You might consider checking the device and using some html5 for apple devices. Maybe now that Jobs resigned again they’ll start supporting flash.
