This Week is Client Week at FreelanceSwitch

This week we’re running a special event, Client Week, at FreelanceSwitch, in the vein of the excellent themed weeks you might’ve seen at Psdtuts+ if you’re a reader there. This week is dedicated to educating clients about freelancers, how to treat them, why to use them, and how to get the most from them (without, of course, resorting to unsavory techniques and tactics!).

This is great not just for clients, but freelancers looking to outsource work to other freelancers — sometimes when we switch hats and become the client we pick up some bad client habits that we hate when we’re on the receiving end, so this could be a great refresher for our regular readers. Perhaps you’ve got a few clients of your own you’d like to send over for a read!

On Monday N.C. Winters brings us a special Client Week themed Freelance Freedom and for the next six days we’ll be publishing pieces from our regular writers. Feel free to bookmark this post as we’ll be adding a Client Week index here as the week progresses.
