The World’s First Freelance Camp
Come hang out August 16th in the amazing coastal city of Santa Cruz, California (bring your beach towel)!
Freelance Camp is a place to discuss and explore the different approaches to running a successful freelance business / small service company. The event is FREE and we even feed you (thanks to our very cool sponsors). Come ready to learn, and if you are up to it, ready to talk!
The event is capped at 150 people, so sign up quick if you can make it.

Space is limited to 150 people and we will close sign-up at that point so don’t lag, you might miss out.
Participants
You own a service business or you want to. Maybe you are a graphic designer, a web developer, a mechanical engineer, a writer, a lawyer, a real estate agent, a landscaper, a bookkeeper … if you sell your expertise to people, then you will fit right in!
- Come with an answer and some questions to help make the agenda in the morning
- Hang out with cool people and compare notes with other business owners in similar industries. Meet some folks who could help your business and / or others whom you can help.
- Find potential clients, subcontractors and partners.
- Work together to figure out how we can all get more time and money out of our companies.

This sounds good, but Im starting freelancer and probably would be the only 16yr there so Im have to pass because yeah.. lol
This is one of the downsides of Freelancing – no more free business trips. This would have been great to attend.
Andrew – my man, you gotta come. Age has nothing to with freelancing success. Both peter and I started before turning 18. Having the opportunity to hang out with other freelancers and learn would have saved me all kinds of drama.
oh! I wish i could go. I also just learned about typecamp.. which i really want to go to. (maybe next summer)
