Good move by FS. I’m an avid reader here, and I would never like to see this place go down due to a bad move. I know that there are better resources available for us designers, and I know that they would be delighted to be featured here.

Hi all

Long time visitor here but this is the first time i have posted.
I like numerous others was suprised to see the addition of the monster’s offerings! Glad you removed them, noticed whilst filling in the survey that links to the template section still exist in the menu section of other parts of the site though!!

Keep up the excellent articles and advice.

Its your site and we come here for information. I will respect your any monetizing decision which should help you to focus more on producing great content as you do now.

P,S. TM templates are not that bad. They used to have bad coding, but about a year ago started to provide validated coding with all templates.

I agree with you Casey. Any designer/developer that uses templates is just a cowboy and probably doesn’t know the meaning of accessible web development. Good move FreelanceSwitch!

Any freelance web designer who uses a template of any kind isn’t much of a designer. Thankfully FS removed the TM link. Templates are horribly coded and are not accessible designs, primarily to disabled people.

Good move to remove Template Monster, FS!
