Take a look at www.blinksale.com, www.freshbooks.com ( a little less freelance-y), and www.getcashboard.com. They all offer varying plans (including free plans) and are pretty easy to use. There are a lot of options out there. Just want to make sure everyone knows them so they can make the best decision for their workflows.
