Collis Launches VECTORTUTS
SkellieThe father of Freelance Switch, Collis Ta’eed, has just added VECTORTUTS to his lineup of quality websites, joining PSDTUTS, NETTUTS, FaveUp, Flashden, AudioJungle and, of course, Freelance Switch.
If you work with Adobe Illustrator or otherwise eat vectors for breakfast, VECTORTUTS promises to take your skills to a whole new level. You can already learn the secret to creating a cool water-ripple effect in Illustrator, or create a gorgeous watercolor vector flower illustration. There’ll no doubt be more top-notch tutorials arriving in the coming days.
If you fancy yourself a vector ninja, you can share knowledge and make cashola by contributing to VECTORTUTS.
In other news, Collis and I are busily preparing for the launch of AUDIOTUTS, which will feature high-quality production, composition, DJing, mixing, recording and mastering tutorials. We’ve got an impressive host of writers signed up to drive the site, including contributors to Computer Music Magazine, Future Music Magazine and Music Tech Magazine. It’s going to be awesome.

It’s nice to see another site joining the community.
It’s also nice to see a reminder of nettuts. I was looking around for that site a few days ago. I couldn’t recall the url and couldn’t see anything relevant on here or on eden.cc. I almost convinced myself it didn’t exist. All sites are bookmarked now.

yeah. congrats man. the sites have blown up in the last year, you don’t move slow thats fer sure.
i think you’ve been so successful with this b/c the sites are high quality, easy on the eyes, and you have a brand already. like, the look of ll the different sites is recognizable for quality info.

I am a vector guy myself, but do not use Illustrator, I use Inkscape. I hope there will be a place for me at the brand new tut.
