I like the way you provided several different ways to organize. Organizing is unique to each person; one size does not fit all. I also like the emphasis on the planning before the doing. It's like picking which clubs you want to put into your golf bag - if it's a long course, you're gonna need the 5-wood, maybe the 3-wood, and definitely a couple extra cases of beer.
