I had a hard time getting interested in this series at all and never did figure out who the target audience was. The post above mentions users in the "optimization field". What is that and does it really constitute a meaningful percentage of your readership.

Unfortunately, this person is not a good writer and would've benefited from the experience of a professional editor to help organize his thoughts and pull people into the stories.

Sample quote: "If you think you’re missing the secret sauce, chances are that you’re not showing enough skin — emotional skin that is"

What does that mean???

if you're in optimization field, social media is a huge part of it. while i have collected the other parts of this study to read at another time, this overview made a lot of sense.
as an optimizer when i read your simplistic review of each day in this post it made sense to me. people collect social media sites and an issue of prioritizing your time when you get involved in social media has been a huge topic for the past few months.

great recap of your days, i look forward to reading the other 9 parts of this.

I haven't followed all the posts on this topic so this recap was insightful.

"Simplicity is about subtracting the obvious, and adding the meaningful." How true!

Day 7 Emotion and Day 9 Failure are also on-point.

I liked the post.
