In addition to Justin TV, I think Gary V of Wine. TV is another great example of focus. Video, photography, and design create an added visual element that allow you to focus and if you're decent bring a great audience. Enthusiasm, personality, and focus on an open niche can also help greatly. I think Freelance Switch also is a great example of these last three characteristics. Great post.
