    Nice selection of article, well worth a read.

    I myself am pretty much a ‘freelancer’ but my company (http://www.macjunky.nl) is setup and looks more like a business, most of the time it helps and when people meet me in person the feel relaxed. Always a good sign :-)

    I will say, the one issue I notice I’m continually having is seperating my business life from personal/relaxation life. It used to be a really bad problem, but it’s gotten better recently

      LOL. Actually, self employed people (freelancers) are most self motivated. Sometimes, this self motivation backfires though – i find myself working into the wee hours of the morning sometimes :P

    turning free advice into clients has been huge for me… i get clients from the strangest places, for instance i am working on a site for a client that i met at a charity chili cook-off, just randomly asked what i did and poof they are a client!
