  1. PG tomer

i just gotta get myself a console. that’ll end things permanently.

  2. PG Mike Weiss

Isn’t that the truth. I couldn’t help but to play a little Socom: Confrontation today dispite my looming launch date (and homework).

  3. PG Abethebabe

Hahaha, the game for me now is Spore!

  4. PG Aaron

Amen. It’s Guitar Hero for me.

  5. PG devnull

Though pointless meetings can be addictive, but not as much as video games.

based on a true story http://www.getalifeffs.com
    (its me on that picture)

  6. PG Tosin Matti

Very true, my game is scrabble on facebook. I am surprised how much time I waste playing that game.

  7. PG Ahmad Alfy

    ROFL

Very true! I play Wii all the time and WOW :D

  8. PG Brian

Often true, but in the former scenario often you’re being paid, where in the latter, you’re not.

  9. PG joe

LOL..so, how about when we getting older like the situation at office. is that we still playing video games?

    :D

  10. PG John Walsh

For me, Advance Wars Days of Ruin is my choice of laziness. Though I like it a little less then the previous Advance Wars. Oh, Maple Story also. I love me some games meant for kids!

  11. PG Jen S.

Yep, but playing video games is fun! Once again, freelancing wins.

  12. PG Amanda

@ Tosin Matti – I was a die-hard fan of that app, but now it says not available in Canada or US! I’m on to Wordscraper now. It assuages my need for a word game, but it’s not the same.

  13. PG Jason

Oh, how so true this is! The thing you got to keep telling to yourself when playing a video game is to check the time every now and then, because if you don’t time will just fly by and then you are really screwed. That is why most of the time I leave all video game playing to later in the night when all the work is done. I learned this lesson back in college. I spend my break time away from freelance work doing things that only take 1/2 an hour to an hour the most. Watch a show (nothing good on I know), or head out to a cafe for a coffee or espresso. Then again most of you are working in this area so you will just have to improvise. :P

  14. PG Sean

*jealous* If only work would die down enough that I could play a game…

  15. PG Adrian Rodriguez

lol I am doing that now. Actually I was playing UrbanTerror

  16. PG Jonathan Ober

I take daily breaks to watch a movie with the wife, play with my daughter or slay new yorkers in Godfather Blackhand or play Mario Kart. I do better in a day when I take a break or two, half hour tops, but it does take discipline.

  17. PG Kevin

HAha…so, how about when we getting older like the situation at office. is that we still playing video games?

    Live not always young

    :D

  18. PG mc

    I used to play Fallout2 or Warhammer 40k :)
but recently i can`t waste time, for the last 1,5 year I have little tornado at home which is called my son :) fortunately he sleeps sometimes :)

  19. PG Chris Gonzalez

Hahaha. So looking forward to this kind of flexibility.

  20. PG Ahmed Sagarwala

I used to freelance full-time until I found a job flexible enough for my needs. I play Crysis in my office quite often :)

I’m also the manager that handles those workflow meetings for a printing company!

  21. PG Myke Cave

Ha! Damn you Call of Duty.

  22. PG Shockboogiedesign

    Metal Gear Solid!

  23. PG Dennis

Yeah, it’s funny, when I work on freelance work at home, I easily get distracted by video games and TV like this comic shows, but now that I’m working on my own creative project I find myself actually turning the stuff off and focusing on my work. It definitely is a priority issue.

  24. PG Dalton

I work strict freelance hours, but once I get home it’s nonstop gaming for me.
