I really enjoy your comics, and I really really enjoy the style you create these in! The lack of gradients is a refreshing departure from the norm… and your use of halftone in the background is excellent

Keep up the good work, and keep up the humor! Like Damien said, you bring a bit of humor to an oft nerve-wracking trade(s)

Thanks for the kind words, Damien. Nemesis- yes, intentional. I was planning on doing a whole couple weeks’ theme of “remember, back in the day?” technology evolution for many different industries.

I use a very nice text editor (TextMate) along with a couple other very nice, although old (Emacs, Vim) ones, but there was a time when I learned HTML and CSS in Notepad and SimpleText.

According to the picture, I’m still in the Middle Ages
Almost always I start my design work with pencil mockups. I belive that computer restricts creativity in the initial phase of the work.
