N.C. Winters is always drawing. When he isn't making comics, doodling or working as a freelance graphic artist, he spends his time painting pretty pictures for galleries from his home studio in sunny southern California.
Winters, man: now you are spooking me…
That scene is one of my worst nightmares. I’m so paranoid that some times I spend more time checking the message than actually writing it.
I’m used to send regular e-mail messages to the entire company. Sometime I misspell a word and I spend the following half hour answering calls of people reminding me of it. Surreal…
Never happened to me, althou I sometimes put in the wrong address. Most times I just forgot to put the attachment into the mail – “uhm, what bill? looks like you forgot to add it” – but since I’m using some nasty reminder plugins for Thunderbird, this habit has died out
Ages ago when I doing my PhD, I had to meet my University and Industrial supervisors on site at one of the buildings called the White House. Unfortunately I hit “S” instead of “W” – luckily they saw the funny side of it!
My worst experience was when sending an intro email to a client. My emails are automatically cc’ed to my boss, and I introduced myself using my freelance business name (Ocular Harmony) instead of his business. My boss sent an email back just saying “There’s something very wrong with this email.” I could NOT for the life of me find out what it was. And then I saw it…shit!

That’s why I love Gmail’s “undo sent”.
yeah !
me to
haha! every freelancer has that moment often. i’m so glad google mail has UNDO option for sent mail for atleast next few seconds.
Yeah I agree with the above, the Gmail’s “Undo” is a life saver.
Haha, the one part of the letter that rarely gets double checked.
Yea though, as Gustavo and Ektz said, gmail UNDO is a stroke of genius.
Thats why gmail’s undo feature is so awesome!
It happened to me so many times.
I’ve totally done this. Though thankfully I use google apps and the great lab feature that allows send undos.
Gmail lets you undo sent mail within so many seconds, which you can set from your settings.
I’ve done the same, regardless.
P.S. Is your mouse intentionally drawn to look more like a bar of soap?
That’s why I’m using `Undo Send` from gmail labs:]
I second that.

Oh man… I think this has happened to most of us!
