N.C. Winters' art has been included in solo and group exhibitions throughout the New York metro area, including Rock Soup’s Project 001, Forced Future Gallery and LITM in Jersey City and CB313 Gallery and Jacklight Gallery in Manhattan. Winters’ profile as a metro area artist has grown rapidly, both in the gallery world and as a freelance illustrator. His work has been featured in The New Yorker, Time Out New York, New York Press, as well as commissioned by private collectors across the US. Winters continues to work diligently after a recent move to sunny San Diego, California.

    I liked the fact that you made the comic strip green to match the theme, very wise. Anyway you could always get a water efficient showerhead. It’s those gigantic ones they have in the houses of uber-rich that are bad news :-|

    hehe :) thanks for the laughs. My boyfriend and I both work from home, and although he hasn’t cut back on the showering he HAS cut back on the shaving. In the light of Blog Action Day I’ve been trying to spread the word about the energy bill that is up for debate in Congress right now. As of now it has some pretty amazing standards (15% renewable electricity and 35 mpg fuel economy both by 2020) but these are under attack from lobbyist who want them lowered. We have the opportunity to keep them in the final bill by persuading Congress to do the right thing with this petition: http://www.energybill2007.org. It could work and we could make a real change in the countries environmental policy.
