Ouch! That’s too bad. Maybe the next three-days-after-the-weekend. LOL!

There is just one fact that can make up after one realizes that weekend passed three days ago: the fact that every day can be weekend :p

I’ve had that happen! Not the missing a trip part, but missing the weekend — I just kept working and didn’t notice what days were flying past.

I completely understand this feeling. As I work towards my ‘freelance switch’ I usually use my Friday night after work to work on my side projects. I can’t tell you how many times I would look up from my computer to find out that it was the next morning…late in the next morning. Nothing else matters when you get into the zone!!

Funny…I just went through the same thing with my girlfriend this past weekend! She tends to think I should be able to knock out a freelance project while doing everything else too. (Like laundry, like entertaining her parents, like taking pictures of her dog…)Yeah, she’s a hoot!

I had to laugh because my wife has had this confusion before! She is a stay at home mom with two little “clients”, both of whom expect all of her all the time.

This has happened to me before. Lost track of time, I thought it was still work days but it was weekend already.
