N.C. Winters is always drawing. When he isn't making comics, doodling or working as a freelance graphic artist, he spends his time painting pretty pictures for galleries from his home studio in sunny southern California.
I’ve been using 1Password for years, and recently they added support for storing serial numbers, it’s so much less painful (and it also support new style ‘file’ licenses which used to be a pain to file
Clutter is common with right-brain (creative) dominant personalities, and order is common with left-brain (technical) dominant personalities, the successful ones usually have to have a strong characteristic to both sides.
i’m hooked!…. now i have something to do while i rasterize a billboard for a client whose printer does not accept vector files. T__T this the same client who pointed out that the billboard i was laying out couldn’t be read at a long distance…. he was looking at my monitor, i told him that the letters would be almost as tall as he is and he argued he can’t fit in my monitor.
I have never read this strip before but it looks good, I must remember to check back to read it often. Thanks
Ha ha! Been there, done that, a few times.
Aw, Freelance Guy actually BOUGHT Adobe software?
I guess he has to make a good example for the rest of us…
Oh lordy yes… hope adobe is watching this strip.
This always seems to happen to me. I’ve taken to emailing myself the serial numbers when I buy the software, that way I’ll always have them somewhere!
This is why I record my serial numbers in a encrypted DB file.
This is what I do now, after once “misplacing” a CD box.
I have spring cleaning, but it has to be done…
You guys know that if you register your product Adobe stores the serials on your account… right!?
@Joel I bought my Adobe software… (Education discount)
Oh, well, yeah, educational discounts are nice.
