    This happened to me recently, specifically when I had asked for a pickup from a workplace. The postal guys didn’t show up and we had to queue to do drop a parcel to meet a delivery deadline.

    The ones who seem to know better have a sad/concerned expression on their faces – they want to do good :) .
    Maybe they should just open their mouths and hope that others don’t take it as just whining.
