… I get the message but… but… no… computers just don’t do that… well, maybe apple products?
Tell that to an old graphics card I had running at 120C – And it was Windows… I should have salvaged it, we could have cooked bacon with it!
yea, makes sense
Very funny! almost true for me..nice illustration though.
I need to take a break now.
thanks!
Great concept. Thank you. Lmc
Great Illustration, I guess being a freelancer these things are our cues to take a break …:)
great comic – made me laugh !
uhm .. yeah .. the other thing is when suddenly all important programs stop to work properly or at all. Time to take a break, open up the computer, and do some tedious “lets check its singular RAM module, and then each of them added after another” 6-hour-break ..
.. happened to me recently. Uptime till then was 30 days. But then: THIS. IS. UNIX! Also its actually built for 24h operation – got a 24/7-safe HDD, and all other components are also more server/endurance-focused than just for nifty playing around ..
BTW: If your monitor starts to burn, its probably sitting much too close the heating or the wall. And also still might be a CRT … good for cooking dinner or lunch thou
