N.C. Winters is always drawing. When he isn't making comics, doodling or working as a freelance graphic artist, he spends his time painting pretty pictures for galleries from his home studio in sunny southern California.

    Exactly!!
    Often times people who throw in, “I’m willing to pay you” are those who don’t value the service. The money is a bonus because they’re such “nice” people. Great comic.

    That’s on a good day. Most days people mostly expect you do it just for the fun of it. Never mind if you have to pay the landlord or the power company… :P

    Really big problem, especially within the music industry. The amount of articles and gigs I’ve done just for the “opportunity” is criminal.

    This one hits the nail on the head. The graphic design and photography industry are plagued with people who want you to work on spec or fro exposure. When will then learn.
