		<description>Yeah I think people love job boards because if you can get them off the ground, they are really cheap to run but really profitable.  Its a little bit like a car park, if you can get it in the right place and people want to use it then its gold!</description>

And &lt;a href="http://jobagg.erraticwisdom.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Jobagg&lt;/a&gt;.

They all seem to aggregate jobs from the usual suspects (a la 37 Signals, Authentic Jobs, etc), but each seems to have a couple that the others don't.</description>
